At long, long last, Ereyesterday has concluded. And in turn, Overmorrow: The Founder’s Story, my biggest project to date, is officially complete!!
I can hardly believe it. Back in November of 2023 when I started writing Overmorrow, I never could’ve imagined just how much it would grow from there. I learned so much about Ephemer, about kh as a whole, about writing and character building, about the power of community and different forms of love. I definitely had a lot of fun, but it wasn’t always easy. I had to dig in deep and force myself to really put in the work to properly depict the things that have been plaguing my brain these past several years. And I did it!! It’s been an incredible creative journey, and now I have something I’ll always be proud of.
Thank you so much for coming on this journey with me. Your support absolutely meant the world to me and really kept me going over the past few years. Whether you’ve been around since day one, dropped in somewhere in the middle, or reading this long after, or if you gave my ocs love, or even if you just encouraged me from the sidelines, I APPRECIATE YOUUU!!! I would’ve written this whole series with or without an audience, but I believe art becomes so much more meaningful when it’s shared.
I don’t think it’d be surprising for anyone to hear that I hold this fic series very near and dear to my heart. Please don’t hesitate to drop into my inbox if you’ve got any questions or just wanna chat 💗💗💗 at some point, I’ll be re-reading Ereyesterday to make a document for all my thoughts (mainly me pointing out parallels and references to canon lol), compiling all the deleted/unused scenes, and I do still wanna make that tarot card deck, so stay tuned for all that + whatever else I think up 😊
