I don't know what's up with my sleeping pattern lately. I mean, my sleep has never been good and I've only just started recovering from years of insomnia.
For the past couple months I always manage to fall asleep before 2am. I get tired around midnight, switch off my light and rest for a bit and then manage to fall asleep.
But over the past week or two, my sleep pattern has been reverting to my nasty insomnia state. I haven't even felt tired until 2/3am and I haven't been able to nap during the day to make up for it. I'm getting about 2-5 hours a night again and that's simply not enough for me. Then everything goes downhill and I get headaches and I get sick and erg. I can't have this happen now! I have school! Unmissable school!
