Ok, so the last erg test in the fall, i got a 2:08.7....first 2k, i'm a novice, so it isn't too shabby.

But on today's erg test, i got a

2:03.6!!!!

Shaved 5.1 seconds!!! Hell yeah!!! =)

I've been having a really good week at crew.

Doing really well.

But I feel like we're going to have our first 5k test on friday.

And I SUCK at erg tests. I pull better on the water than on the erg. My erg times aren't very outstanding, compared to the other girls that I'm competing with.

Which is horrible because I have a LOT to lose right now.

First 5k test = 5th November

Coach just sent us through tips / hints regarding times / splits etc.

He's looking for us all to be somewhere between 21:00 and 22:30 for the 5000m, and then to be at 2:00/500m and 20:00 overall.

Yeah. Acheivable, I think. Currently doing 4400m in 20mins at r20-22. What's another 600m?
