Hello everyone,

I just want to put out there that I am going on a hiatus. I don't know for how long but I'm not going to be writing until the mood strikes.

I just need a break.

Okay, I'm SOBBING.

So, both of my parents have passed away but neither one of them wanted to be buried. They both were cremated and my sisters and I have cremation necklaces. My mom is a moon and my dad is a star.

About eight months ago, when I was trying to put the necklace (they are on one chain) the chain dropped and both charms went flying. I found my mom's, because it was bigger, but my dad I couldn't find.

I tore my apartment apart and nothing.

For months I thought I lost it. I stopped wearing my moms because it didn't feel right to wear one and not the other.

Well, my landlord got me a new refrigerator and as we were moving it....my dad's charm was underneath it. How it got there when I dropped it in my bedroom, no idea, but there is was. Needs a massive cleaning because the silver is a bit tarnished.

BUT ITS BACK.

When I say I'm crying......I mean I'm fucking bawling right now.

I’m laying in bed thinking about the million and one things I need to do for work. I had this moment of realization that my job is just bat shit insane.

Just insane.

So, incase you’ve missed me talking/complaining about the fact that I am currently living in a winter tundra, you’re about to get another dose of it. 

Its currently 29 degrees Fahrenheit (-1.6 celsius- I think) here. That is very cold to me. I prefer my weather to be a nice cool 70 degrees ( 21 celsius). This is currently my backyard right now. That is think three feet of snow? Maybe two? (sorry for the poor photo quality) 

Anyway, I had gone to do laundry and forgot that the pipes in my washing machine freeze in the winter. So, I go to switch over my laundry only to find my clothes drenched in at least a foot deep puddle of water (in the machine) because it can't drain. Due to the pipes being frozen. Because its so fucking cold.

I dug out a space heater, plugged it in hoping that it will help thaw the pipes or something so my washing machine can drain. All the while, digging out my soaking wet clothes in FREEZING cold water in my laundry room that has literally no heating. 

Welcome to living life in the middle of the freezing cold winter. 

(side note- did contact my landlord to make sure the pipes won't burst. he said it should be fine)
