Now this one was angst. Kari Adelberg and Kacey Caldwell. 》The plot was intriguing. Kari and Kacey were happy in the past. And then Kacey left, reasons that we find out later. In this case, I do believe in second chances, because one can really feel the emotional connection between them. And Kacey's reason was a good one. Kari had a comfortable life so it was easy to see how she couldn't see Kacey's struggles and stuff but one can't blame her either. She was young. There are many things we don't see or understand when we are young. When I saw that Kacey had a daughter, I thought something awful had happened to her. But thank God, it wasn't anything like that. 》The pace was good. Kacey and Kari reconnecting was written in a good way. I usually find it not cute when characters sleep with each other when they don't trust each other. Here though, there was understanding and empathy so I was ok with it. Though I hated it when Kari was mean towards Kacey, that shit hurt. 》Charatcer development was fascinating because it can be compared to when they were young and when they're grown. In Kacey's case, she grew up quickly, needed to, but Kari, you could see that She had grown. Ps: Kari's Mom is the true QUEEN.
