Posted @withregram • @toria_anderson This is Eric Lurry. He died January 2020 while in police custody. An officer leaked the dashcam video recently which is why we are just now learning about his death. In the video you can clearly see that Mr. Lurry wasn't all there and needed medical attention. Instead of calling for help, one officer slapped him and them pinched his nose and told him to open his mouth while the other officer stuck a stick in his mouth. Mr.Lurry couldn't follow simple commands due to his level of conciousness being super low. There was absolutely no reason to slap him. Absolutely no reason to pinch his nose closed until he passes out. The officers murdered him and tried to cover it up. They need to be arrested and charged.
