On Friday evening Eric's company announced (and Eric retweeted the announcement) that there would be a "surprise event" in Myeongdong at 2 and Gangnam Station at 5 the next day. So the next day at 1 my friends and I left for Myeongdong station. At first he gave no information besides "Myeongdong" so myself and many other foreigners gathered in an open area expecting "whatever it was" to happen there. None of us really knew what to expect and so we waited until, at around 2:25 I squealed and pointed because I looked down the street and saw signs saying "Eric Nam Ooh Ooh" and figured that must be what we're looking for! Sure enough there was Eric leading the way with a decent crowd of Korean fans behind him that were quick to join. I told him all of us had been waiting for him there and he was surprised. We then proceeded to basically wander in circles through Myeongdong chatting with him and at one point stopping for a small hug event (Yay Eric hugs!) before he had to go get lunch before heading to Gangnam.

My friends and I got lunch once we got to Gangnam and then waited for Eric's arrival, which again I was the first to notice, this time including the Korean fans! He had this time told us a more specific area to find him (exit 10 of Gangnam Station) and I knew what to look for so spotting him was easy. Since in Myeongdong I had noticed several times he had been shivering in his light jacket and had been rubbing his hand together for warmth, I expected him to have stopped somewhere for a warmer jacket and some gloves, but he was still wearing the exact same attire. I asked him at one point why he didn't get a warmer jacket or gloves and he replied in an adorable, slightly whiny voice "I didn't know it was going to be this cold!" I was wishing I still kept my gloves in my purse so I could have given them to him to help him be a little warmer.

Gangnam ended up much the same as Myeongdong with us just following him and his staff random places (often in circles) and at one point we stopped for a "selcas with Eric" mini-event where my friends and I made friends with an Australian fan teaching here through the EPIK program. Then Eric's staff wandered us through Gangnam until we were near a different station completely (Shin-nonhyeon Station) before Eric and them all got in vans and left (pictures later; not enough room in one post >.<). Also, I say "Eric's staff" led us around because Eric seemed to have as little idea as to what was happening as the fans did. The poor boy had been complaining all day about how awkward and embarrassed he felt with the event, especially when they had him stop somewhere to talk about his comeback and do a mini performance of the song. He really seemed to enjoy interacting with the fans (including myself! :D) and his company mates carrying his signs, though!

All in all for me it made my day great and amazing and I loved it so much! While Eric is more awkward off camera (or away from Kevin and Hanbyul's sides ㅋㅋㅋㅋ) he is still as sweet as ever to his fans.

So MBLAQ's MV was BEAUTIFUL and I loved it, I'm excited about Crayon Pop's comeback, and Exo's choice in hair colors has me extremely worried. BUT RIGHT NOW I'M SCREAMING BECAUSE OF THAT ERIC NAM TEASER IMAGE O_O He looks so good!!!! And I'm SOOOOO EXCITED, FINALLY HE'S BACK!!!! I've missed his voice ;-; if y'all don't know Eric Nam then you best go back to school and LEARN because he's the best XD
