Hi! Just a note for the person who sent a confession about an hour ago and asked us not to post it but just wanted to write it out. I just wanted to let you know that we got it and have read it and we love you. Being on the verge of shattering is scary, so so scary. Please know that it’s ok to shatter, so many of us have and we have fought to put ourselves back together but it is possible. We love you so much.

Books read in March. I wan’t able to read as much this month and the book that I’m currently reading is taking longer than expected to finish. (Also, I caught up on 3 seasons of Grey’s Anatomy)

New month, new time to plot some intentional self care and maybe try some new approaches to self care! The ways people practice self care is always personal, no two people practice self care in the exact same way. This month try 1 or 2 (or 30) new ways of practicing self care, or revisit some old tried and true approaches!
