21. What are your thoughts on crackships?

CRACKSHIPS…..GOOD. My personal favorite is Berrynose x Breezepelt.

I have an AU where Berrynose and Lionblaze are bitter exes, then Berry gets with Breezepelt. Pure chaos.

11. Is there an unpopular character you like that the fandom doesn't? Why?

-Berrynose my BELOVED!! He's probably one of my favorite warrior cats.

-After hearing that he was temporarily deputy and had a chance at becoming Berrystar, I decided to ironically stan him and just to spite the fandom bc everyone was so (reasonably) distraught at the idea of him leading Thunderclan. It was a joke until it wasn't. He's an asshat for sure, but I am on my knees BEGGING the Erin's for a crumb of character personality, yknow??

-Most background cats tend to be jerks, but I find it really funny how it's only acknowledged when he does it. His clanmates all collectively groan when he speaks. Kits dread being mentored by him. Even cats from other clans think he's annoying and Berry doesn't care AT ALL. He's constantly on his bullshit and good for him, honestly.

-I only wish he had actually become leader just to watch pure chaos that would ensue. What a shame it is that the Erins still had a sliver of humanity left in them and spared us 😔💔

20. What is the purest ship in the fandom?

Really like Alderheart x Puddleshine. Just two sweet, gay doctors.

-I was surprised by the fact that they actually have some good scenes and content! It seems like a ship that's completely fanon, but they do actually value each others company and view eachother fondly.

-I remember a scene where Alder and Jayfeather went to ShadowClan, and Puddleshine was very happy to see them, despite the fact that the rest of his clan was being hostile. It was so cute how he greeted them as if they came there to visit him specifically lmao 🥺💕

27. Least shippable character?

-I'd have to say Crowfeather. Not even in a salty way, I just genuinely think he'd function better without a relationship. Which I think is okay!

-Ships with him can be cute. Like Crow x Squirrel. But to me personally, it feels almost out of character when he has a relationship that doesn't later blow up in his face....

-Crowfeather doesn't let go of his past, he holds grudges and he lets that hold him back from something new.

-When he starts a relationship, it feels like a coping mechanism of: "I lost someone and now need someone new to fill that hole" instead of working through those feelings first, and it ultimately ends up hurting himself and the cats around him.

-This is what I find interesting about him, really. Characters who are completely good and everything goes perfectly right are boring. He wasn't a good dad, but he brings an interesting personality and perspective.

1. What OTPS in your fandom do you just not get?

Tigerheart x Dovewing

-This has to be one of my saltiest opinions, but I literally just cannot imagine ever liking Tigerheart. Especially not enough to ship him with anyone. And of course, not my beloved Dovewing😔💔

-He is straight up just an exact COPY of Brambleclaw:

-Both are Tiger clones

-Both had the "I'm not Tigeystar!1!!1🥺🥺" problem

-Both had "WAHhH!! Women is Indepndent and dOesnT wiKe me!!!😭😭🥺💔" arc

-Both became leader/deputy at the end of their arcs despite, arguably, not deserving the positions at all.

-I'll say it!! I'll say it!! I don't care that he's a good dad in the new arc!! I dont!! Knowing warrior cats, he's probably been regressed into a default background character and is a lifeless puppet who shows up and says things for the plot and disappears again. I've seen it happen many, many times.

-You can't fool ME erins!! He is a stinky little bastard man!! A nasty little clown!! I remember!!

12. Is there an unpopular arc you like that the fandom doesn't? Why?

A Vision of Shadows! No sure about the fandom's general opinion on it. Most people (reasonably) stopped reading after Firestar died, and the arc itself wasn't the most interesting thing ever, but listen. DARKTAIL.

Darktail is by the far the best villian in the series. He was SCARY. Every time he was on page was tense and I was always scared of what he was going to do next! I was legitimately skipping some of Twig and Alders chapters because I just wanted to see what Darktail was up to💀

He was more powerful than any villians before him. He managed to take out THREE whole clans. Sky, Shadow, and River. Also??He has a higher kill count that Tigerstar??? There is bot enough content for him I think and it doesnt help that he was killed off so early, but the time that he did have was great. He was cunning, dangerous and even kinda funny at times...

I specifically remember a scene that was something along the lines of this:

Darktail: How did you know that herb was going to work??

Alderpaw: Oh I'm a medicine cat apprentice

Darktail, who knows nothing about warrior cat ranks: Ah I see....an honorary title..... He's an.....✨apprentice✨

Alderpaw: .....I am literally a 13 year old
