Nothing left to lose (Dark side Eris)

Weekly art challenge theme was ’Evil’ and I decided to do dark-side Eris hehe

Context below 👇

She comes from a moon called Caldera in the outer reaches of Mandalore’s sector. Like many other colonies in a similar position, Caldera is indirectly influenced by Mandalore’s influence. It’s small size and population makes it vulnerable.

Caldera has since many decades been oppressed by a radical Mandalorian clan called the Kyr’vhet. However, their extrem ideology and prone to violence has made them illegitime in the eyes of Mandalore and its leaders. Few even know of them due to the significant distance from Mandalore.

And due to Caldera’s political insignificance, nothing has been done about the Kyr’vhetian terror.

Eris was, like many other force sensitive children born on Caldera, ripped away from her family once her ’gift’ was revealed at the hands of the clan. They made her family believe they had her killed, and threatened Eris they would kill her family if she didn’t pose as an orphan to the Order.

In this AU (I guess) of her backstory, her trauma takes her on a darker path. Post Order 66, she scarcely survives and flees back to Caldera, only to find out no one is left alive to wait for her. This sets her on a path of revenge against the Kyr’vhetians, making it her life’s devotion to wipe out the clan.

She’s also the hardest one for me to draw, mainly cause of her montrals and I change her design every time LMAO But I love her sm 🥹
