duo - draw two of them. explore how they contrast or compliment (thanks stanley)
cosplay - draw them in the outfit of a different fictional character you like right now or a character you think theyre like
au - draw them in a completely different genre of your choice (modern, fantasy, magical girl (blinks at you sweetly) etc)
flowers - draw them with some flowers that they would like or are thematically relevant to them
redraw old art - redraw your first drawing of them
free day/gift - draw whatever, dont draw anything, or draw gift oc art for a friend or mutual
self portrait - draw how they would draw themselves
new guy just dropped - make a new oc. right now. do it. now.
album art - draw them as the album art to an album you like or a song thats relevant to them
opposite day - draw them if they had the exact opposite personality, motivations, and life experiences
fruits - draw them with a fruits that they would like or are thematically relevant to them
limited palette - draw them with a 5-color limited palette
free day/gift - draw whatever, dont draw anything, or draw gift oc art for a friend or mutual
be pretentious - redraw them as a famous historical painting
stop being pretentious - make them in a dollmaker or picrew (alternatively, draw them in your best shoujou-ass anime style)
elegant lolita dress cats - draw them in the most completely out of character outfit you find on pinterest or your site of choice
speciesbend - draw their fursona if theyre already a gijinka or their gijinka if theyre already a fursona
plush - draw them with a plushie of an animal they would like . or draw them as a marketable plushie
animation - draw them schmoving. even just two frames is okay. you can just make them blink if you want

3d - model them in open paint 3d or blockbench or blender or whatever. as poorly or as detailed as you want
wizard - wizard (thanks silas)
haircut - draw them with a completely different hairstyle. take your oc to the hairdressers
au but more specific - draw them if they were a preexisting character in the media of your choice
pokemon - draw them with an appropriate partner pokemon
limited palette again - draw them with a 5-color limited palette . again.

mspaint - draw them in mspaint or a similairly limited drawing software (if you already do this you can do whatever you want or draw them traditionally)
glue trap - draw them dying in a glue trap (thanks comet)
halloween costume - draw em as a classic ghoul like a Dracula or a frankerstein
(late) day 4: underappreciated oc. i looked through all my active ocs and i haven't drawn mumbojumbo balderdash in years at this point...my bad, little sock thing. it's largely because i'm more interested in my serious story ocs at this point, and mumbojumbo is from my developing kid's books era. and also i think my old style suited em better, i find them harder to draw nowadays
