My 2nd time reading this book. Very easy read, lot of pictures but my fav part is getting into the mind room of art collectors who just love art. Find it very hopeful, motivating. “I asked the artist Urs Fischer what makes a collection great, and he answered by saying that, while he did not think it was possible to measure, a great art collection had to include strange works. Too many collections are too much alike and include the same trophy artists, because they were amassed with the help of people all running in the same direction. It is a little bit like a peep show.
