hi!! I was curious: why did you write Eros' name as Er*s in one of your posts?

Hi!

Do you remember when Tumblr had its adult content purge? Unfortunately Er*s' name also got sucked into the purge and if I type his full name my posts do not appear in people's Tumblr dashboards because there are others who use his name in place of very explicit content.

This is also why when you look for "eros" in the tags you will not find anything unless you pair it up with something else like "Eros and Psyche" for example.

If I want people to know who I'm specifically talking about, because of Tumblr, I have to refer to him by his Roman name Cupid 💘

✨ MONTHLY OFFERING JAR FOR MY DEITIES ✨

In celebration of the Full Moon and my love for them

It contains paper star origami’s, all offerings dedicated to each of my deity, a sigil for strengthening the bonds between my deities, Crystals, blesses and wishes, dried herbs and fruit and jewels 💕✨

It is going to be a new practice of mine to create a single separate offering jar that collects extra offerings over the month and close it up once the month ends🌹

So... has anyone been using the 4th of Mounichion as a festival for Eros?

There's this one inscription that gives us no festival name but it does give us the date:

“This festival to Eros we establish on the fourth day of Mounichion”

It's inscription SEG 10 which, of course, I can't fucking find on the Internet. Anyway, just asking if anyone has paid attention to this before. It's been completely under my radar until now.

Witches and Hellenic pagans of tumblr, I need some help interpreting a sign. At least I think it's a sign.

Backstory: I was having my weekly Sunday talk with my gods, mostly talking about a recent heartbreak and my career. The love stuff, I think, is more prevalent here because of who I was talking to. I was lamenting my choice in lovers, and I confided in Eros that part of me blamed him for making me fall for people I shouldn't, even though I know it's my fault. I acknowledged it was my fault and my anger was unjustified. I asked him to please lead me in the right direction for love. I said I wanted someone who loved me, someone who was good for me, and someone who would last. I wanted true love.

When I was picking up my breakfast offerings from their altars I noticed the red wax on the blinds. Eros, as you might guess, is the one with the red candle. You might chalk this up to careless candle handling, but look how far his candle is from the blinds. How the hell did that happen? Did I blow the flames out too hard? I feel like this is a sign, but I don't know for sure what it means. Anyone willing to try and interpret? Thanks!
