At The Amazing Talk Back With My Dear @xosarahjones. Something was hilarious! Her show is about the human experience of sex work, trafficking, and the sec trade. We also touched on some of this. I'm frustrated by where we put the burden of change. With rape, we teach girls how not to get raped, instead of teaching boys how not to rape, even more importantly, how to unlearn the toxic masculinity that they are burdened with. With Domestic Violence we put the burden on women to leave, instead of focusing on how we raise our boys and how we deal with male violence. With racism, at what point are white people going to claim this as our issue? The burden is on us to own our white privilege, be vocal & be allies. With reproductive rights, men have washed their hands of any participation in their part of it,but don’t hold back on their opinions on what we should do with our bodies once impregnated. #eroticizeequality #stayhuman #sellbuydate #blacklivesmatter #reproductivejustice #toxicmasculinity
