The Beast in the Wood.

A very loose sketch that I made for a game monster concept. So out comes the very large two headed beast that cries similarly to a fox.

A very loose representation of one of the many beasts that the character can encounter in my game Lantern Light, it’s still very loose in development.

This ended up being a scrapped element of the game as I decided against having full sprites and side images and just focused my time on full sprites.

Sharing some of the sprites so far for my visual novel! 5/6 of them are already rigged and ready to be animated for the game which is exciting!

The writing is wrapping up with the editing process underway! So excited to share photos and progress works very soon!

Game Announcement!

Sharing some screenshots from an upcoming psychological horror fishing and cave spelunking game, Nihil Inanis will be published by Through the Window Studio. 

Been working on this for the better part of three months to get all the nitty-gritty coding hurdles of RNG Fishing and such out of the way. The game will feature a lot of different fishes and other objects to find. With different endings based on the fish and objects that you collect.

A playable demo should be available in the next month, with a full game release tentatively set for Q2 of 2026.

"Nihil Inanis is a single player game about a fisherman, ‘You’ , who plans to set out on a fishing trip to the Oneiros river cave.  ‘You’ plan to catch the mythical void fish (Nihil Inanis), rounding out ‘Your’ collection of “mythical” fish. On the way, ‘You’ discover much more than ‘You’ bargained for, instead fishing up pieces of ‘Your’ past.”

Some character sprites for an upcoming game project I am working on!

Set in a fantasy (if you squint) 1920s time that is based on a short story I had written about a year ago now called The Nightingale and The Rose.

The final game will be a kinetic novel with about 3k words and some illustrations to go along with the characters and backgrounds. Possibly also incorporation music and voice acting, if i have the time.

Also leaving you all with a little quote from my personal favorite scene.

“It's about love.”

“Love?”

“Love.” Victoria dramatically draped her hand over her forehead, the other still left dangling off the bar.

“Color me intrigued.”

“You just want gossip, don't you.”

James did not bother with an answer, only chuckled, shrugging his shoulders. The woman shot a withering glare at the man, who only gave her a look of 'you're being dramatic'.
