I jut know that Magnus (before revealing he was Minimus) always felt guilty and ashamed when Error displayed ‘affection’ or ‘closeness’ towards him because he KNEW he was keeping that secret from her and he felt she wouldn’t recognize him or treat him the same without his armor.
However, Error does not care.
