Happy Birthday, Doraemon

It's silly, to think that a manga about an earless blue robot cat would bring me so much joy. Genuinely, if I wasn't introduced to Doraemon in such a young age, I think my life would be so different.

I love this manga. I love this show. I love these characters. I spent so much time watching them, drawing them, reading them, writing them, listening to them. A few years went by with me forgetting them, but they entered my life again last year, and I don't think I'm ever going to forget them again this time.

You guys probably know me as 'that one person who keeps on drawing nobishizu' and yeah, I do draw nobishizu a LOT. But believe me guys, I care about these characters way more than just shipping them...

There's been 19 years of me living in this earth, and in most of those years, they've been on my side, and I hope they will continue to be on my side for many more years. I cannot fathom how I'll feel when the show ends. I genuinely hope it will never end. I don't mind new seiyuus, new writers, new animations, as long as these characters are continued to being brought to life.

(Of course it will end, someday, but I hope that 'someday' is gonna be far far away in the future)

I'm so grateful for this show. I'm grateful for Fujiko F. Fujio for making it. I'm grateful for Shin-Ei Animation Studio for continuing on animating it. I'm grateful for my brother for introducing me to it. And most of all, I'm grateful for my parents for giving younger me money to buy Doraemon mangas.
