Active Boycott of the Eurovision Song Contest
As some of you may know i have liveblogged the Eurovision finale on here in previous years.
This year, to help make the boycott in support of Palestine more impactful, @villainelle and i will instead be posting Palestinians’ fundraisers, donation bids etc. throughout the evening under the #esc and #eurovision tags.
We will be making a new separate post for every link to a fundraiser instead of reblogging so the posts reach the tags and will be seen by people not joining the boycott to disrupt watching.
If you would like to help out or participate in any way, you can:
- add donation links to mine or my friend’s post that we can use or send them to us directly
- check for ours and others’ posts in the tags tomorrow evening (9PM CEST)
- and most effectively: join the “liveblogging” by making your own fundraising posts!
