So in regards to the language levels thing, what are some ways I could phrase my proficiency (as a B2) on the resume? Without actually saying "B2" because idk if all employers would know what that is. Like "_____________________ in Spanish"

This is how I personally phrase my resume:

Multilingual

Highly Proficient: Spanish, French

Intermediate: German

Novice: Chinese, Italian, Swedish

Hello! I messaged you a while ago about being a teaching assistant in a Spanish 1 class, I'm currently a high school senior. The problem is I feel like 1 or 2 of the students don't really respect me; its just little stuff like making (cont.)

fun of my name, señorita Gruber. I know im just 4 years older than the student, and im new to all this, but it just makes me feel bad. Although the boy is also really rude to my teacher, she probably knows how to handle it better. Any advice? Thanks!

talk to the teacher first and foremost.  being a teaching assistant in a class where you also go to high school is complicated.  your teacher needs to be the one who shuts down this stuff and let it be known that you’re still someone to be respected.

one way to do this is to pull the student aside after class and have both you and your teacher talk to the student(s) about respect.

other than that, honestly it’s a hard one… another way is to try to ignore it and not give them the reaction they’re looking for.  it takes a lot to not react, especially if they then keep pushing your buttons just to get you to react.  another way is to give them over attention, but in an academic way.  sit with them, and make them focus on their work.  i find this drives students crazy, especially the ones who want to annoy you.  i’m like, if you want my attention then fine you’re getting it.  sitting with them and trying to make them do their work is not the attention tehy want but it also sometimes gets them to stop then annoying you.

Hello! This year I'm going to be a teaching assistant for my Spanish teacher of last year (i'm a highschool senior) for a Spanish 1 class. I know that Spanish is my passion and that I want to also be a Spanish teacher, so I feel so lucky for this opportunity. Do you have any tips or advice for me? pay attention to the teacher and the student, be helpful to both, work hard and really that’s all you can do.  

the only other thing i’d want to mention is that because you’re also a student in the school, your position is a tricky one - you’re not a TA like an “adult” (aka a non-student).  students will see you as an older student, and might have a certain respect for that, but it won’t be the same kind as if you were a professional.

plus, even though you’re helping the teacher out, you’re still a student in relation to the teacher too so you know, there’s that.

This is one of the most pretty sole shots I could find out there on the internet (other than mustang/brumby hooves). Other than the bars being a tad forward, it is perfect. The balance heel to toe and medial/lateral is spot on. Look at the beautiful sole callus:

And for fun, here’s a good feral hoof. (This horse is deceased, hence the shriveled frog and slight heel contraction.) Note how perfect the bars are:
