I hate my PTSD😔 I would love to just live a normal life with no flashbacks or bad dreams or anxiety about things that happened years ago. Or how it makes me feel like it just happened all over again. I just want to turn my mind off. I want relief from this. Here lately it's starting to get bad again. Ignoring it isn't helping anymore. I hate dealing with this!
