Today I ended up hanging out with my Chinese TA at the chinese new year thing hosted by the Chinese Studies Dept. and, well, he's pretty fun to hang out with. I mean, not that I didn't know that before but really there's not been much time to chat this quarter.
Okay, I'll admit. He's not a very good TA. But he's fun and entertaining. Like, he'll take our homework and be like "oh crap, that was due? I haven't even finished grading your other ones". On one hand, it's like, dude you don't have that much work. On the other hand, I really don't care enough about him handing it back soo.
Also its really fun to listen to him bitch about having to be the mandatory volunteer to a party that was only fun 1/2 of the total time and to criticize the coordinators of the event together. That lecture hall was hella ambitious for this event.
I think it can be safe to say for every Trek series,
that should I choose to watch them again, you can be damn sure I'll be skipping some stuff out.
