Ingredients
2 oz. Tequila blanco or reposado
4 Etrogim
5 tablespoons of sugar
4 cups of water
Directions
Wash, then chop the etrogs removing all the seeds. Puree the citron all the while pouring in the water and sugar. Place in refrigerator till use. Serve over ice and two oz of Tequila. Add etrog puree keep on tasting till it is to your taste. I go half and half.
