Daily Routine 1.0

(I struggle with having a set routine that sets me up to function properly. This is my attempt to work out what to do and when.)

9am: antidepressant and iron dose, ideally with a glass of diluted orange juice. 10am: breakfast - 10 dried apricots with something slightly more substantial, Elevit dose 12pm: snack 1pm: lunch 3pm: iron dose, ideally with a glass of diluted orange juice 5pm: snack 7pm: dinner & dessert 9pm: antidepressant and iron dose, ideally with a glass of orange juice 10pm: 1 sachet of Movicol 12am: bed time

Recipe for Success

In the last blog post I mentioned turning to a routine or activities that work for you in order to get you motivated and goal-focused again. Anytime I get off course and find myself living a less than ideal lifestyle, allowing some of my bad habits to creep back into my life, I start over by planning out a routine such as listed below. I SCHEDULE it into my day, and I write it down in my calendar.
