1: What’s your OC’s biggest insecurity and how would they react if someone pointed it out to them?
Mmmmm well I know I said before that she's insecure about her past, and her reaction to that can depend on what part of her past you bring up, but for the most part, she'd probably just close off even further and get a little colder, if she reacted at all. As for like physical insecurities, she doesn't really have any. That's not to say she's 100% comfortable with herself but more that she just...doesn't really care, I guess.
Personality-wise, though, her biggest insecurity is if she's too much like her parents—if she's too cruel, especially needlessly so, if she's too careless to other people, too selfish, too violent, too aggressive, too forceful. And her reaction to that might depend on who points it out, and if they imply that she is like her parents. She could react by either getting upset, retreating further into her self-loathing, or becoming violent.
Generally, though, she tries to avoid drawing attention to things like that by not reacting to them, or to them being pointed out.
11: How would your OC react to hearing they’re adopted?
;^) WELL she'd definitely be conflicted. She despises her family and while I'm sure she'd love to not be related to them, it'd get her mind racing, especially if she didn't know the entire story behind her being adopted. She'd be afraid that, if she was taken from her parents, that her real parents were genuinely good people and that she's become a monster and disappointed them as well, or that the Summerseyes did something awful to them because of her. She'd be afraid that they knew she was going to be a monster and willingly gave her up, or that she was so unloved or unwanted or thought worthless and was abandoned.
Most of all she'd be terrified that her parents were good people, and that would make her reluctant to find out the truth, but ultimately she'd try to learn what happened. At least, she'd try to, preferably without confronting the Summerseyes or letting anyone else know about it. She might be afraid of what the truth is, but she'd rather be hurt than suffer not knowing.
24: How would your OC react if they got humiliated by someone in a group of people?
Estaire's reactions to things, especially around several people, are usually either snarky, violent, or non-existent—she either bites back, makes an example out of someone, or just doesn't let them know they got to her. I feel like she's probably pretty hard to humiliate anyway—she's 409 years old, and Acindrel was fucking Weird and had no shame. She doesn't care.

1. What do they smell like?
She smells faintly of spices, and whatever ingredients she happened to be working with that day. Some days, she smells strongly of flowers and honey. Those days, she walks with a staff, and spends most of the day in her quarters.
2. What is their voice like?
Deep, calm, controlled.
3. What is their biggest motivator?
Her need for revenge against her family is a big thing, but mostly it’s her desire to prevent and stop suffering.
4. What is their most embarrassing memory?
One time Sodryn caught her climbing out the second-story window of a Dunmer noble’s home in the middle of the night. Half-dressed. She slipped and ate the fucking ground. He helped her up, made sure she wasn’t hurt too bad, gave her his robes, and brought her back to his place, laughing the entire way. He still reminds her of it sometimes, just to see her face go red.
5. How do they deal with/react to pain?
She bites her tongue and keeps going, hiding it the best she can.
6. What do they like to wear?
Pants!! She so loves the College’s style of robes because they aren’t ankle-length. I mean I might be wrong but I’m pretty sure you can do so much more in pants than in an ankle-length robe. She loves the freedom of movement.
7. Which of their relationships have impacted them most positively?
Sodryn. Sodryn Sodryn Sodryn. Nalcar, Virtue, and Koris come close, but absolutely Sodryn. He was the one person who was always there for her and who kept her together when things were really falling apart. You’ll see what I mean.
8. What’s the weirdest thing they’ve ever eaten?
So many things. Ghoul heart is probably the weirdest, or at least the grossest. It wasn’t a great time.
9. Describe the way that they sleep.
Always on her right side, curled up enough so she can actually fit on the bed. She keeps her left arm curled up close to her chest. She usually sleeps silently, and moves very, very little in her sleep.
10. What is their favorite food/kind of food?
She loves all food really, but particularly Hammerfell food! She and Koris bond real well over it.
11. What do they feel most insecure about?
Her past. She speaks very little about it.

I mean, see #6, I guess. She tends to dress in materials she wouldn’t mind being torn and tattered, though now she usually wears the Archmage’s Robes. They’ve been remade several times, though.

She either bottles it up, like most things, and/or she gets colder and crueler, turning her guilt into anger and lashing out at people, hitting them where it really hurts.
14. How do they react to/deal with betrayal?
Uhhhhh murder, usually, or some sort of punishment. Sometimes people get lucky and she lets them go. It entirely depends on the person.
15. What is their greatest achievement?
Probably taking out Wyndril, one of the most dangerous and powerful members of her family for a long time. Killing him meant that she was now one of the most dangerous and powerful members of her family, but not on their side.
16. What are they like when they’ve gotten too little sleep?
She’s even more “whatever” than usual, but otherwise there’s not much of a change.
17. What are they like when they’re drunk?
Oh buddy. She doesn’t really get drunk anymore, and if she does, she’s usually quiet. But someone gets her really drunk, and Koris is around? HOO it’s like she’s YOUNG AGAIN. She gets really buddy-buddy with Koris at that point.

Literally anything, but especially bard songs. She loves listening to Virtue more than anything.

The Summerseyes hurting the ones she loves and cares about. Losing Virtue or Koris long before their time.

During a fight with her older brother Wyndril, one of his fire spells tore across her face and took her eye with it.

Plenty. She has a scar across her left cheek and part of her eye from Wyndril. The rest of her body is almost covered in scars from her family and past battles.

O h b u d d y. Yeah. She has a rough time.

Are recklessness and self-hatred bad habits?

I mean. Why not? She’s a liar, she’s manipulative, she’s almost never at the College, she’s remarkably violent, and the list goes on.

She is kinder than she seems, and kinder than she thinks she is. She does care about people, and while she can tear them apart easily, she can also build them up, if she so chooses.

Oh you fuckin bet she does buddy boy. Her blood family, the Summerseyes, is one of the most powerful families in the entire Aldmeri Dominion, and always has been. Very large, very powerful, very long-lived. What she actually considers to be her family, however, is much smaller.

To the people she actually considers to be family, yes...for the most part. To the Summerseyes, not in the slightest. She considers herself to have never been a Summerseye, and, regularly hunts their members down for what they’ve done to her, her true family, and other people.

S’wit. It’s a classic. She loves it. That being said, she doesn’t use it as often as she’d like, and goes for more personal hard-hitting insults when she does insult someone. She doesn’t really insult people all that often, only when they’re really testing her patience.

I mean generally she hides almost all of her emotions, but she’s exceedingly patient when she’s happy, and offers words of comfort and support. She’s more generous and forgiving, and really just a better person overall. This doesn’t happen often.

She keeps them in mind to exploit them later on, but she rarely actually does. She tries to avoid using people’s fears to manipulate them, but sometimes she has little other choice.

Yes and she’s the best at it. If she wants you to see any sort of emotion, she’ll show it. Otherwise, she shows no emotion whatsoever.

Endless screaming. Life is worth living. Even when it isn’t.

The pain and suffering of others. Someone losing someone they love, the slavery she witnessed in Morrowind, the homeless on the cold streets of Skyrim’s cities, everything that happened to the Dunmer because of Red Year, and the list goes on.

Random thought : the weirdest weapon setup any of my characters have, in my opinion, has to be Estaire. Basically, he uses a rapier (an épée to be a bit more exact) that has a greatsword handle on it. Okay, technically it’s a dagger with a greatsword handle, which is potentially weirder, but he’s a trained fencer with fancy metalworking magic powers so he turns it into a rapier because he can.
