Before anyone says it, yes, Hisuian Rowlet can learn Gust, but an Alolan Rowlet like Basil cannot. Eteri just assumes Rowlet knows Gust since honestly it really does look like a Pokemon who would know it.

They didn’t have Astonish in Pokemon Blue, and the next Pokemon game I played was Sword -- and when I first saw Astonish being used, I died 😂
