sorry for the late reply =3 i think they don't translate 'aigo' because there is no similar word in english. aigo is kinda like a bit negative sigh. imagine you're hungry so you open the fridge but there's no or just the wrong food in it; you could say something like "aigooo there's no food left". maybe the german "ach herrje" is similar too. while the other one 'aegyo' is acting/speaking cute, shy, innocent, sweet and charming, mostly done by girls. you know the typicall stuff XD

No worries :) yeah i googled both words and aigo means something like "oh my". In german it could be "ach herr je" but i mostly use "au weh" or "mist" lol

But i understand the post now if someone acts too aegyo (this overly fake cuteness) then everyone else who dosen´t like it goes WTF XD

But honestly i would also go WTF if someone acts too aegyo with me >.<

hey laura ^^ i was reading your tags for this post: /19304110797/kjiyong-aegyo-in-korea-is-called-what-the-fuck what you think of, what old ladies say in dramas, is "aigo" not "aegyo". that are 2 different things. it would indeed be funny if aigo meant WTF XD

Hi kyra :) LOL good you´ve told me that and i thought korean grannies are very nasty *jk* But really the ppl. especially the grannies say a lot "aigo" what ever that means coz it´s never translated in the subs. >.< I guess they pronounce those words differently.
