How often do they fight?: Not really often at all, I don't actually remember a time when our edition of Janthazar ever fought over anythting.
What do they do when they’re away from each other?: Balthazar does his....angel-y stuff, and Janet does hunter stuff with Sam and Dean.
Nicknames for each other?: Janet usually calls him "Balthie" or "Angel Boy", and I think Balthazar usually sticks with "Darling"??? My memory sucks, so I don't remember any other nickname for her.
