Kill Me, Meet Me, Hallucinations
—Kill Me
"Didn't I tell you not to approach us ever again?" He stared down with a blood-stained kunai in his hand, he watched the blood slowly spread, wash away, and seep into the ground from the heavy rainfall this night. The look in his eyes were dull, not exactly alive, but not dead-looking either. "We can achieve peace... With your involvement or not, we can truly accomplish our dreams if one another knows pain."

—Meet Me
Yahiko had begrudgingly went with the request to meet with Uchiha Madara. He left the hideout saying he has a place to go to. He had heard from him he wanted to meet them, especially Nagato, but he refused. He wouldn't bring the supposedly Messiah close to him.
"We will not be used by you for your plans. Nor do we have any interest in co-operating with you."
"So then? I am sure just the three of you won't be enough. I know well about Ame, and you three... You won't suffice against Hanzo, or the Great Five Nations."
"Just what are you implying?"
"You must gather more people who share the same ideals as you... Form an organization... With that, you just may have hope to do what you wish."
"..."
"Teach the world pain.. Force the pain on them... Then have it mature to know peace... How do you think you will be able to manage that? I have the power source for it all. If world domination what you seek... Then you shall receive! Once a person withholds power, they seek control... Without it, your dreams are nothing!"
"...A friend today...may be an enemy tomorrow... There is a chance your advantage could put me at an disadvantage."

—Hallucinations
Bad dream. He awoke with unease, sitting up and crouching over slightly. His hands gripping the blanket. He sat there on the floor, thinking, or was trying to think...
"You make me proud, Nagato." Yahiko looked up, groggy from being asleep. He rubbed his eyes with the back of his band and thumb. Moving the sheets aside, he walked up to the doorway, and he caught a glimpse of a hooded figure moving.
"Come along, I will teach you..," the rest of the words drowned out as they seem to walk away. He was sure he had heard Nagato's voice, but he didn't see him—Madara... Nagato... No!
"Nagato! Wait!" He scurried as fast as his numb legs could take him, he stumbled when he reached the corner, and turned around the edge. "Nagato...? Madara!?" He tried calling out, but it was futile.
"...Yahiko?" He looked back, a facial expression of panic and alarm. Nagato had shown up in the doorway, rubbing his tire eyes. He blinked, his emotions swept with worry and ease... and yet he still felt unease at the same time. He spluttered apologies to him for waking him, brushing it off as a bad dream.
