Well you see, the myth says that once he competed with his sister Amaterasu but she turned the tides on him and won. He got to damn mad she threw his handmaiden and she died. Amaterasu (goddess of the sun) got so sad she hid in a cave and the world was left without the sun.

She returned after a while but Susanoo was banished from the realm of the gods to the human real, that was kind of full of evil because of the lack of sun. It was then when he killed the Yamata no Orochi.

Let's just say something like that happened again and this time. In a more modern world. He's being sent to the mortal realm as a mortal, (Ethan)

fun semi-related fact: I often think about how ethan is like Itadori JJK when out of battle and Sukuna JJK when battling.

This is the OC version of Hyde. He's still a parasite, but instead of being an "octopus", he's now a cockroachie thing, and uses a human as a host.

Day 18: Deal / Trato 🤝

✘what parts of ethan's destiny is he most accepting of? are there any aspects of his journey that have brought him any regret, or guilt? if he could start it all over, would he, or has he found his stride in navigating the present?

"Kinda early for the existential questions, don't you think?"

"I don't think much of destiny, actually. Stuff we're meant to do, written on the stars, none of this. I don't like thinking we're 'controlled' by something or a higher being, so I guess you could say I am accepting of whatever comes my way.

I am very good at finding my way throught, after all.

As for aspects of my journey I regret, I don't have any, not that I remember. So probably, if I do, they're so minor I forgot. I believe everything we go through was good to shape ourselves as who we are now, and I am pretty happy with myself, mostly.

That's not to say I loved everything that happened. Obviously I had some unpleasant encounters most 12 year old shouldn't have ever. I had to crawl my way out of serious business alive, despite the amount of adults who were trying to get rid of me. I had to face the ugly side of humanity quite more times than I wish I had.

That aside, I'm not very fond of doing the same thing over and over again. So I definitely wouldn't restart my journey. Although I will admit I had some battles I had so much fun I wouldn't mind trying again

The sentiment of seeing something for the first time is good too, but if I were to restart I'd already know it all, right? So I see no point. Still many places in the world for me to explore anyway."

|| Once again thinking about how Ethan spent a full day and a full night battling Lugia and that resulted in the worst storm Johto had ever since the day he was born, how for the whole battle he was mounted on his Red Gyarados who's 2~3 times bigger than a normal one

And how just seconds after he got Lugia inside a ball He and Gyarados were hit by a strong lightning that hit his spine, making both fall in the raging ocean unconscious, rendering the kimono girls sick and worried

Luckily though, he (and his pokémon) showed up washed up on Ciandwood's shore the next day, alive and in one piece just really hurt. He only didn't die because Susanoo still wasn't welcomed back in the God's Realm so Ethan couldn't die yet.

Prof. Elm, Lyra and Lance scolded him real bad for how reckless he was...
