Here’s a late making-of post for Helios: while it has been composed and colored with a computer, the original material of the images is very diverse: technical pen, brush, charcoal pen, ink washes, airbrush painting, photo-montage...
It is the results of years of experiments to blend together traditional and digital techniques, the richness and variety of physical media, with the flexibility and precision of the computer tool.

A huge poster I made for upcoming Colomiers Comics Festival (France). Horizontal version: 320 cm x 240 cm - 18947 per 14232 pixels! Thanks to them for giving me complete freedom of creation. Looking forward to seeing it In the streets of Colomiers.
