I had such an amazing day at the Etsy Aberdeen Mini Summit yesterday (as ever the link to my shop is in the linktree in my bio). I met so many wonderful fellow makers and entrepreneurs who make so many beautiful and unique items, and live in the same city as me. . . I was a bit nervous to go because I didn't know anyone and had the 'fraud police/imposter syndrome' voice in my head telling me I'd walk in and people would be like "why are YOU here?" but of course that didn't happen 😂 everyone was so friendly and welcoming. . . The @etsyaberdeen team put on a wonderful day. The presentation was really helpful, the whole event was super fun and there was even a lino printing workshop where we all made stamps and used everyones stamps to print a tote bag (I made an eye because I'm that weird goth chic who spent my youth drawing eyes all the time 😅). I was too shy to ask for a selfie with everyone but swipe for my printing process shots. . . My phone died yesterday after the event but I'm going to spend today following everyone on insta and etsy 💖 I felt so burned out and defeated after the new year because 2019 was such a rough year for me for numerous reasons. Now I feel motivated and determined to take my shop and my whole art and illustration business to the next level and really finesse my brand. I can and I will 🙌 . . . #Esty #EtsySummit #EtsyUk #EtsySeller #EtsyShop #SupportSmallBusiness #EtsyAberdeen #EtsyDiscovery #Handmade #Maker #UkMaker #UKseller #ECommerce #ecommercestore #Smallbusinessowner #entrepreneur #illustrator #artist #instaartist #artistofinstagram #linoprinting #linocut #TrashBagBoutique (at The Coffee House) https://www.instagram.com/p/B8WEdwTlYSL/?igshid=19n0yqmaaf7qq
