Barry with a sick!partner who… rushes over to your house as soon as you text him that you’re feeling under the weather and can’t go out. Is there in (quite literally) seconds flat, the back of his hand pressed to your forehead to check your temperature, insisting that you close your eyes because “he’s got this, babe.”
Barry with a sick!partner who… completely ignores you when you tell him he’ll get sick too if he kisses you. He couldn’t care less that his super healing doesn’t apply here -- so long as he gets to prove that you’re still gorgeous to him when you’re bedridden, he's happy.
Barry with a sick!partner who… admittedly doesn’t know when to leave you alone. He just worries so much, he doesn’t want to be away from your side for more than two minutes at a time! If you insist hard enough, though, he’ll leave a water bottle and a couple of ibuprofen on your bedside table.
Barry with a sick!partner who… takes this as an opportunity to advance his cooking skills. It sounds stupid, but he’s learned to make at least 20 new soups. Really! Maybe in another life he’d be a world-renowned chef.

Then again, you aren’t complaining when he’s bought all your favourite movies on DVD for a marathon, or is keeping you comfy as your big spoon when you don’t feel too hot to think.
