Theresa May takes over the job of Prime Minister tomorrow. Despite voting Remain Mrs. May has promised that, ‘Brexit means Brexit,’ this is a clear signal of her intent to invoke Article 50 and start the process of leaving the EU.
Mrs. May has also stated that there is no guarantee for protection or a right to remain for any of the EU nationals who are residing in the UK.
Clearly this is a worrying time for EU Nationals living in the UK. We would recommend that you take action now to regularise your status in the UK before we exit and don’t wait for Article 50 to be triggered.
