Buongiorno! It's me ☺ You wanna do some writing? Here's one: A movie night with Gabbador. Enjoy! ~ The Gabbador Fairy 👑
Ok, i wanted to write a fic, but exams are a thing in my life at the moment, and Islamic law it’s not going to study itself, so here is my headcanons - sorry for the late answer, my fair Gabbador fairy T_T
Francesco is a horror junkie: no, seriously, he probably saw the entire filmography of the holy trinity of italian horror - Argento, Fulci, Bava - and he constantly laments how horror, this days, is nothing like in the old times. Thing is, Salvador is not exactly as enthusiastic about horror - he hates the genre, actually, he doesn’t like to be scared. But he also likes Francesco more than he despises horror, so when Francesco proposes to go to the cinema to watch the latest horror movie, he doesn’t refuse.
“It can be that bad” he thinks, most of the contemporary horror is just jumpscares and pretty much forgettable trash. Unfortunately for him, this film is some Babadook/The Conjouring shit: good horror, the one that makes you shiver everytime you think about it, even after months.
To say that he gets out from the theatre scared as fuck is an understaiment: he is absolutely terrified, and can’t help himself when he literally jumps everytime he sees a shadow - which leads to some embarassing moments, because most of the times he finds himself in Francesco’s arms and he doesn’t even know how he got there. Francesco, althought he enjoyed the movie, is deeply sorry, and offers to go to see a comedy movie and a long night of cuddles. Salvador doesn’t think Francesco has anything to be sorry about, but accepts anyway because cuddles!
After that, it becomes a sort of monthly appointment: they go to watch a horror movie, and no matter how scary or laughable it is, they watch a romantic comedy after so Salvador can recuperate a bit - and because Salvador is a romantic sap too.
After a while they started dating, they found out that Salvador’s sister is a horror junkie too. Unfortunately from Salvador, this led to a “Let’s watch the greatest horror movies ever created’ marathon night. Salvador refused to sleep alone for the following two months.
