Eurovision in the 2010s: A (not really) definitive ranking of all the competing countries 35. Latvia 🇱🇻 There's no other way to say this, Latvia has well and truly finessed my ranking system. With a record 8 failed attempts to qualify, there is no way this shitty nation should be ranked as highly as 35th. But they can put that success down to one person: Aminata Savadogo. Montenegro 🇲🇪 Another nation still waiting on that elusive third qualification but at least Montenegro has actually made it onto that left-hand side of the leaderboard... just. And let's be honest that's just because of that classic douze points from Serbia.
