Hey josh so my birthday is in early November and I want to upgrade my iPad. Should I wait for the new iPad to be released (probably early October right) or get the older version when the prices drop. Should I expect a lot more in the new versions that it would be worth spending more to get the newest version?

definitely wait til the new one comes out so you can compare the two 

and maybe even try it out in the apple store before you buy, you'll have a better understanding of the device

Really? Could you possibly explain why a little? We didn't work out previously but I have a feeling it was all bad timing! I still care about him a LOT but I don't know where to go with it!! Thank you!:)

Scorpio/Aquarius/Sagittarius with a Scorpio/Sagittarius/Aries. 

Okay, here’s why I think it’s such a good combination. Scorpios understand each other. That deep passion highlights both your moons, so you both have a passion for life (if at that point and not shunning everything at least). Anyway, Sagittarius moons go well with Aquarius moons but there is trouble with both. 

Aquarius moons are detached and enjoy their freedom. Sagittarius moons are involved and also enjoy their freedom. Sagittarius may come on too strong to where Aquarius feels that his freedom might be violated. This is simply not the case! Sagittarius just likes experiencing things together, but Aquarius THINKS too much. Your Scorpio/Aquarius will analyze everything, absolutely to every detail, and so your intense Scorpio and adventuring Sag might translate to something it isn’t. I’m not saying tone it down, but you should take this into account. It takes awhile for an Aquarius moon to commit to someone and they have to be THE RIGHT someone. Aquarius likes out of the ordinary, unique, intelligent partners. Someone who meshes well but is different enough to keep things interesting.
