Meme da melhor limpa bundas!

"Don't you understand?! Your forceful ways are the exact reason why we can't trust you with informations, and the reason why Kairon loses control of his magic and turns into what you saw!!"
"If the hag you're trying to keep me away from means no danger, then you have nothing to hide. My inspection will proceed as planned and she will be left alone, just like the horde of undead that I found on the western edge of Nithmé."
Kairon was still recovering from the deadly wounds he received from the Red Watch guard, back to his original shape and in control of his mind and actions again. Spitting blood, he pushed himself up, and Ilori temporarily interrupted her exchange with the other woman to offer him support. Evalith took the chance for a silent, vaguely irritated sigh, then narrowed her eyes as their gazes locked again.
"Why are you trying to protect her so much?"
"Because she's a friend."
Kairon's reply left no space for further attempts at persuasion, so the guard sheathed her sword again and eventually offered a compromise. "In that case, proceed ahead. Warn her. Once you're ready, I will also come, and I'll complete my duty and move on."
However, as the two approached the site where the hut was, they saw a towering red light instead.
Before Kairon and Ilori could find Evalith, the emissary of the Red Watch responsible for the glyphs around the city, Anika reached the place where Lisa was already performing the long ritual to teleport herself and her hut whole away from danger. She was stressed, but focused nonetheless; the medium immediately followed suit and grabbed a piece of luminescent chalk, joining in the chanting and synchronizing herself with the hag.
Whatever absurd plan the other two might have come up with to find the cold woman in red was alien to Anika, at least beyond Kairon's suggestion for their last resort. Little more than two hours had passed, and the two girls started hearing the booming voice of the tiefling as he called for their missing teammate. Clever diversion, but if they're close enough to be audible... Anika glanced over to Lisa as she lost her rhythm for a moment.
"Another scrying eye was cut in two," the younger girl murmured. Anika made an extra effort to keep the magic balanced on her own, then spoke to her in a calm tone during the pauses from the chanting. "Don't get distracted, dearie. I'm here with you, and we're making sure you will be safe and away from danger very soon. Focus on the ritual."
