SAME! I’ve only slept 7 hours in the last 48 because I’ve been staying up late to finish coursework before the deadline. I hope we both get some sleep soon

I’m not even that tired! Which is surprising cause I’m really sick and have spent all day in placement with 40 hyper kids but nah. I’m probably gonna go to placement tomorrow and crash when I get home! Hope your coursework goes well! xx

Here's a tip to stop your tights falling down that I learned during my 11 years of dancing. Buy a pair of hot pants or thick lycra underwear/short/things from primark or somewhere cheap and wear them over the top of your tights. Not only does it stop your tights falling down but it stops your underwear being on show if the wind blows your skirt up. They work wonderfully

This is a v good tip, one that I always try to do but then I forget to do it and I only remember when I’ve left my house and my tights are rolling down hahaha

Talking about Lush and psoriasis, I have it on my scalp and have always suffered with super itchy flaky skin up there. Until I tried the soak and float shampoo bar for lush which has been made to help with conditions such as psoriasis. Also shampoo bars seem to last so much longer than liquid shampoo it's unreal

Thank you! My psoriasis started in my scalp over 10 years ago and since isn’t that bad in my scalp anymore but that being said, i do still get patches in my scalp so I’ll make sure to pick up a bar when I’m next up! Thank you so much! xxxx
