His cheeks flushed a bright red as his ears perked up.

A mocking response, as always. Frankly, Kidou was goddamn sick of this kid's no good attitude. The snotty brat never listened to his commands, although he was the game strategist, and always made a fuss whenever he was benched. If this was going to shut him up for good as promised, then it was worth a shot.
" So I just take these off and that's it ? "

Grinning like a fool to himself, Fudou shook his head displeased and pursed his lips. Tauntingly, he laid down on the couch with a thump and side eyed the chestnut haired male. A single snort of laughter almost made the room shake under its pressure. At least this situation was amusing for someone.
" Hold your horses, sunny boy. You have to take it slower or else you might strangle yourself with your own cape. "
" Shut up ! " Kidou furrowed his brows after taking off his goggles, as he unsuccesfully tried to unlace the strings around his neck. " If you think you're that smart, then you take them off. "
A joke. It was just a joke, he kept repeating in his head. However, the words simply couldn't come out as his teammate raised up to his feet and scratched the back of his head, letting out a displeased grunt as he slowly approached the other. Only now Kidou had noticed how bony yet smooth the other's hands were. You wouldn't believe how meticulous the spiteful kid was unless you saw him this close. Kidou's breath involuntarily brushed against the other's forehead, making Fudou twitch every other second. As the cape went down with a swish, the boy raised his head and noticed they were only a touch away.
The top of Fudou's ears became scarlet but as he opened his mouth to dismiss the whole thing, Kidou stopped his words with a kiss. Burgundy eyes dominated the shocked copper ones as their lips intertwined in the most unexperienced kiss ever, both of their edges raspy yet warm. Akio fumbled a bit and managed to break the kiss, gasping for air with one arm close to his dripping with saliva mouth.
