i havent drawn much since about late-2019 because of life stuff which tbh really helped with my wrist/thumb but now that i’ve picked drawing back up again, i’m met with the same flareups that used to plague me when i had really bad tendinitis 😔 are there any particular stretches/videos anyone with RSIs like a lot that you find have helped? 🤔🤔🤔 i try to stretch regularly and take breaks but i dont want to be down and out for a day or two after drawing for just a handful of hours 😭😭😭
