i havent drawn much since about late-2019 because of life stuff which tbh really helped with my wrist/thumb but now that i’ve picked drawing back up again, i’m met with the same flareups that used to plague me when i had really bad tendinitis 😔 are there any particular stretches/videos anyone with RSIs like a lot that you find have helped? 🤔🤔🤔 i try to stretch regularly and take breaks but i dont want to be down and out for a day or two after drawing for just a handful of hours 😭😭😭

HOW IS EVERYONE TODAY?

i am currently home alone and have made myself a nice comfy blanket burrito on the couch and i’m looking to doodle and scribble away for the rest of the day, for the first time in maybe a year! that’s how my day is looking to go so far ^O^! havent been on any socials for the better part of a bit over a year now (covid has been... rough for all of us huh...) but it does feel very very nice to creep back on here... my old hidey-hole..!!!
