Good question! Kite doesn't get too attached to any particular person after Feldspar disappeared (which messed them up for a little while), but they really enjoy playing signalscope hide and seek with the hatchlings and having tea (or sapwine) with older ones like Gneiss, Tektite, and Esker.
They're quite fond of Riebeck and are always rootin' for them and happy to help them talk through their insecurities. They also like to share herb-growing techniques with Gabbro. They've let Chert camp out on their lawn to stargaze often, and they're always eager to taste-test Porphy's sapwine and catch up on local dirt while they're at it. They also enjoy watching Hal getting hyped up over Nomai stuff (or seeing any of the other villagers being excited about their interests, really) 😌
