Traveling Artist Tenmei wants to battle!

Tenmei “Noriaki” Kakyoin, a traveling freelance artist often known for his submissions to more higher up vanity galleries and commercial galleries throughout the world. Through his travels, he tends to stop in cities and towns to collect gym badges as well, despite his team being more centered around beauty/cool/cute/etc competitions and the like, instead of around battling. His vast travels have earned him a good collection of the badges, due to both how often he travels and how well he’s trained his pokemon.

His home town is that of Lumiose City, also home to the Lumiose Museum, one of his first galleries submitted to. He revisits once a month to check on how his original home is doing, as well as take in the sights he’s grown up with. For some reason, though, he seems to always return to a certain Mountain in the Johto region...

As mentioned before, his pokemon are usually for competitions rather than for fighting, as he and his team take part in the contest halls whenever they can, often known for the categories of Cuteness, Beauty, and Cleverness, his Cherubi snagging quite a few first place ribbons.

His team consists of:

- Hierophant, his male Serperior with 255 happiness, resting in a luxury ball.

- Emerald, his female Gardevoir, with 230 happiness, resting in an ultra ball.

- Kimidori, his female Florges with 170 happiness, resting in a heal ball.

- Serrulata, his male (shiny) Cherubi with 150 happiness, resting in a great ball.

HERE HE FINALLY IS!

Introducing @bdjamsession Tenmei, or as he goes by his stage name, Nori Yatsumori(his mother’s maiden name.)

Instead of being raised by his father, in this event he’s being raised by his mother and was influenced differently because of it. He’s more charismatic, more open-hearted, but he’s still just as much of a jackass as always. 24 year old Nori had lived his life as a dancer, raise up with natural talent as a small child. He’d always balanced between his love for dancing and his ability to work with a violin skillfully, and at the ripe age of 17 had gotten an electric violin and started putting up Youtube covers and original songs using his violin -- As well as his own dance covers. 

At around 19-20 years of age, he’d started getting more professionally into dancing, participating as a backup dancer in other musical artist’s videos, while maintaining semi-professionalism with his violin, only doing the occasional concert or two. 

It’s on his 21st birthday, upon a drunken dare between two friends, that an accident happened and handicapped him from further dancing, making him resort to choreographer work despite everyone’s pleas that he resort to violin and only violin.

So now, at 24 years of age, he resorts to income between choreographer work and concerts of his electric violin, nevermore to follow his life dreams of dancing.

Not mentioned, however, is his zero concern for his safety, often resulting in a flurry of staff chasing after a runaway violinist in a wheelchair rolling down a steep ramp and shredding on his electric violin. Notably, a 24 year old that still acts like he’s 17.

Wanted to get my design for @jjba-mall-au out ahead of time while I still have inspiration,,, I know it’s way too early since August 1st isn’t until several more days but li sten I needed to get it done o k

So here’s Tenmei, the smart ass pet shop boss from the first floor pet store.

He’s 19, notably a young age for the boss of a store, only having gotten a job as a business manager out of both internship experience and volunteer work, as well as prior experience with animals(from aforementioned volunteer work and internship), as well as the contacts his father has to get him the position at such a young age. (Which isn’t a completely fictional idea, the only things you require to be a business manager is a highschool diploma, prior experience, and good leadership skills -- It might help at Tenmei occasionally has his own little help from his stand. A business degree would make it easier, which is what degree he’s currently aiming for.) 

He usually gets extremely offended if you point out that he might not be old enough for such a responsibility.

Despite being a smartass and an asshole to others, he’s generally a lot calmer when he’s working at the store. He’s a lot friendlier, a lot more patient, and willing to put up with people because he’s in his element taking care of animals, so he’s willing to put up with customers a lot more than expected.

There’s a snake at the store, a companion of sorts to Kakyoin, named (affectionately) Hierophant Jr, after his stand, Hierophant Green. HG tends to float around the store, being long range and all, screwing around with Hierophant Jr. in his arms as he explores -- which might occasionally scare passersby that can’t see stands, especially considering HG tends to accidentally drop the snake on unsuspecting people, causing Tenmei to have to apologize profusely to them.

For the most part, he’s a chill boss, as long as you can handle smartass comments and harmless snakes randomly being dropped on you.

so long story short i originally didn’t plan on joining this event (especially not this late in it) but I had a sudden strike of inspiration and figured why not.

Introducing actual gremlin and his tiny slime squid.

So this is Tamkae Koqi'aem, better known as ⏁⏃⋔☍⏃⟒ by his friends -- If he had any, that is, and his companion, Hiero. He was already known as an outcast throughout his peers, but when word of being the reason his boss and family had gone missing had gotten out, he found himself escaping into the vast galaxy to make a new background for himself -- And by that, he pretty much resorted to stealing from others and making mincemeat of whatever meaty creature he could find, human or alien or anything in between or other. He’s an outsider, as he cares for no one’s survival other than his own, and couldn’t possibly care less about the alien alliance or the rebellion. He plays by his own morality, finding that he’ll only help others if they benefit to him -- Or if they manage to gain his trust, a task proving difficult. He’s pretty much here to ruin everyone’s lives with his shitty goblin habits. His appetite is basically a blackhole, and his unawareness of social cues in the first place makes it pretty hard for him to figure out what he should and shouldn’t do when talking to others. If something fits in his mouth, it’s not escaping the depths of that pit.

For the most part, if you manage to come across him, the best course of action if you can’t properly fight him is bribing him to leave you alone or running for your life.

His little slime friend on the other hand, although a little aggressive and shy at first, is an absolute sweetie and will mold around your hand for affection.

10-M31(yes, a really bad pun on Tenmei fuck off) is an engineer-assistant robot made specifically by his creator for the task of helping fix/build/pull apart other robots and retrieving the necessary materials -- A helper to those who create, you could say. Considerably a somewhat valuable robot due to the materials used to create him and the skills that come with him, it doesn’t really make up for the fact that he seems “broken” -- At least, broken from the original hatred for humans he was supposed to have, as he seems completely neutral between rebels and robots and purposely disobeys orders -- an issue deemed a malfunction by both his creator and all engineers that have come across him. The robot seems to have a general sense of ownership of himself, but has no other standing, ambition, or motive, other than to keep his so called ownership -- Made easier by the fact that his creator has recently died. He constantly upgrades his own parts himself, having difficulty doing so without the help of another, but managing nonetheless. 

As of right now, his abilities consist of being able to turn into a compact box, used to save space and energy when being deployed to help elsewhere, and used to recharge what energy he’s lost. Aside from that, he has his most trusty and valuable skill -- His scanner. His scanner can’t take objects that are far too big, for example, a full person, and the weight cannot exceed 400 lbs (180 kg). He can, however, scan something and resize it to a lighter size, but it cannot be changed back later, as the size is permanent. The materials he can collect using this vary -- It can be a solid object, a liquid, a gas, or even sound waves, able to scan and copy someone’s voice, though he still has trouble controlling this and wouldn’t be as useful as to, say, impersonate someone. 

One of his current copied items is Emerald shards in a moving state, and using momentum, he can propel them forward in a makeshift-Emerald Splash, though less controllable and more damage-wise than range.
