Event Guidelines — Frozen Week 2026
Frozen Week 2026 is a week-long fan event on Tumblr (and fanfic collection on ao3) which will run during September 14-20th, 2026. Each day of the Week will be assigned a prompt. Choose one or more of the prompts to inspire you to create an original fan work that celebrates/explores Disney’s Frozen. Fan works shared on Tumblr and tagged with @frozen-week during Frozen Week will be reblogged on the day of the prompt used and included in a ‘round up’ collection post once the event has concluded.
You don’t have to create your work on the day of the prompt, just post it that day. You do not have to fill more than one prompt unless you wish to.

Rules
If it’s something to do with Frozen and you made it yourself, you’ll be a happy snowman!
~ This is an inclusive event and all fan works are welcome, including but not limited to art/graphics, GIFs, animation, video, fiction writing (stories, prose), non fiction writing (opinions and analysis), sharing favourite memories, podcasts, original/cover songs etc.
~ Your work must include or focus on a character/s, lore, visual, musical or story elements of the Disney Frozen franchise featured in any of the motion pictures, short films, books, songs, theatre adaptions etc.
~ All content including OCs, ratings and content is permitted, but please tag appropriately (see posting guidelines).
~ Create your own new and original content. New chapters/sequels/redraws to existing works are permitted. Works generated by AI or created by someone else and used without permission will not be reblogged.
~ Intentional ‘bashing’ of characters, pairings, creators etc is not in the spirit of this event and such works will not be reblogged, disrespectful users will be blocked.
Posting Guidelines
~ Post your work/a link to your work on another platform in a Tumblr post on the day of the prompt that inspired it.
~ Include @frozen-week in the body of your Tumblr post to ensure your work will be reblogged in the event and included in the ‘round up’ collection post. We wouldn’t want to miss you!
~ (optional) Include the Frozen Week 2026 banner at the top of your post if you wish. Download banner from this post with right or long-click and save the image.
~ Use tags #frozen week and/or #frozen week 2026 and the prompt you are using, as well as content warnings (rating, common triggers, kinks, NSFW etc) and descriptive tags (characters, ships, canon/AU, fandom crossover etc) to help users navigate their experience.
~ Late submissions are welcome! However, they might not be included in the event round-up master post.
AO3 Collection
An open, moderated AO3 collection for Frozen Week 2026 can be found under Frozen_Week_2026.
Post a new work to your AO3 account and at the Collections line search for Frozen_Week_2026 or follow the [link] and click post to collection. Use appropriate tags (see above).
The collection will be revealed on the first day of the event, but drafts and finished fics may be added prior to the event. Remember to change your publication date to the day of your prompt, or the day you post for late submissions.

Rexsoka Week Guidelines
In the spirit of keeping things simple and focused on our favorite Captain and Commander, here are our event week guidelines:
We welcome sfw or nsfw art, fanfiction, headcanons, edits, drabbles, etc. We will not promote, reblog, or otherwise acknowledge AI art.
Please keep things positive and be respectful of one another.
No ship hate or character bashing will be reblogged to this space.
As we draw closer to the event and your work is ready to post, keep these posting guidelines in mind:
Tag @rexsokaweekofficial and use the hashtag #rexsokaweek2025 so we can find, link, reblog, and promote your content. We’ll promote and celebrate new Rexsoka content created for this 2025 event.
For our friends uploading content on AO3, add your works to our Rexsoka Week 2025 Collection.
Each prompt will be tracked using "Prompt: [prompt label]". We will also tag the work, e.g., "rexsoka fanfiction", "rexsoka fanart". At the end of each day, we will create a master list of the contributions, which we will add to a master list encompassing all content at the end of the week!
These prompts are meant to be evergreen – if you’re running a little behind, we’d still love to see it!

Clone Week Event Guidelines
SFW and NSFW fanfiction and art submissions would ideally be gathered in an AO3 collection as well as whatever social media the creator prefers to post on.
Please tag our accounts and #tgcfcloneweek on Bluesky, Tumblr, or Mastodon so we can share it, and post in the AO3 collection: TGCF Clone Week 2025
Dead Dove (definition in FAQs) will be allowed as long as it's tagged appropriately wherever posting, especially on AO3.
If posting crossovers, please make sure it's at least half or more TGCF focused.
Sapphic Ahsoka Tano Week Rules
Realising we haven't actually shared the event's rules as a post with the week fast approaching, we figured it was time to rectify that!
EVENT GUIDELINES
People of all sexualities and gender identities are welcome to participate! You do not have to be a woman or sapphic to take part. Anyone who likes Ahsoka and enjoys shipping her in sapphic relationships are invited to join the event.
No racism (including whitewashing), lesbophobia, transphobia, ableism, sexism, bigotry, or harassment of any kind will be tolerated towards participants, characters, admin or cast/crew of the shows.
No AI generated content or stolen work will be accepted. This includes stolen gifs and edits.
Explicit and mature content is welcome, but must include all relevant warnings and tags. No depictions of underage sexual content will be tolerated, meaning characters must both be adults (18+) in any NSFW pieces.
Submissions may include Original Characters and reader inserts, but the focus of each submission should be on Ahsoka Tano.
Please do not speculate on the personal lives or sexuality of the actors involved in the shows/movies etc. Kindly give the cast and crew privacy; fanfic about the actors (instead of the characters) is not allowed.
Anything related to bashing or hating on other characters and ships will not be accepted as a submission or interacted with.

We will only reblog new content made for Fruits Basket Mondays 2024 that is shared by the original creator with any of the official Fruits Basket Mondays tags.
Mods have the final say in what content gets reblogged and may choose not to reblog some works at their discretion.
Please message the official Tumblr with any questions or concerns. Do not message the mods on their individual Tumblrs or other platforms.
AO3 Collection Guidelines
This collection is open to creators of all types of fanworks that can be posted on AO3.
Prompts are entirely optional.
This is an event for all fans ages 13 and up. Works must be rated and use archive warnings in accordance with AO3’s Terms of Service.
Please only add your own works that were made for Fruits Basket Mondays 2024 to this collection.

Birthday Event General Guidelines
How to participate?
Post a new creation focused on Konan and/or Yahiko, inspired or not by one of these prompts with the tag "ame birthday bash"
Rules
Be mindful of others. Don’t ship-bash, insult, criticise without being asked to or otherwise disrespect other people taking part in this event and their content.
All the creations need to be focused on Konan and Yahiko. Ocs and reader inserts are allowed as long as the focus is on the two characters. It can be any type of creations: fics, drawings, amvs, edits, headcanons, playlists…. Any type of creation is welcome.
You have to submit new works to this event. They can be very short, or simply just a headcanon, but they have to be posted during the duration of the event or the late submission period.
Late submissions are accepted, we will keep reblogging them until the end of the month
The prompts are suggestions, you don't have to use them!
NSFW and dark or violent is allowed - with the exception of incest, underage or student/teacher content. Please tag anything accordingly, provide correct trigger warnings and put sensitive content under a r"ead more".
Tag any ships, no matter how harmless you perceive them. Your otp might be someone else's notp who’s tag they have blocked.
The mods reserve the right to not reblog anything that does not adhere to these rules, is inappropriate or otherwise doesn’t fit this event.

30DaysOfNDU Event Guidelines
The goal of this event is to post as much Nightmare Dork University material as possible each and every day during the month of April, to celebrate six years of NDU.
This event will run jointly on Tumblr and over at Dreamwidth on https://30daysofnightmaredorks.dreamwidth.org/
The event runs from 12:01AM Eastern US Time on Monday, April 1st until 11:59PM EDT on Tuesday, April 30th.
Unlike other fandom events, there is not a hard-and-fast prompt list for each day. There will be suggested prompts which will range from the sublime to the ridiculous, but no one *HAS* to use them.
Also unlike other fandom events, reblogs of previously created material are welcome, but creation of original material is welcome as well.
Inspiration can be drawn from the Wardrobeverse, the collegeverse, the metaverse, and any and all of the associated AUs.
OCs are welcome and encouraged to interact with our NDU boys, as are other RotG/GoC characters.
Don’t feel like you ***must*** post a piece Every... Single... DAY. Burnout is not fun. But do try to post at least ONE piece during the month of April 2019.
Be sure to tag your works as #30daysofndu or as #30 days of nightmare dorks in one of the first 5 tags!
Visual, aural, textile, and literary works are allowed - fanart, fanfiction, gifs, edits/manips, cosplay, fanmixes, crafts, or ask-and-answer.
