As far as spring themed dates go I am an absolute lover of visiting farmers markets and going stargazing after! Farmers markets are always a fun time and I find that you can see the stars best in spring (at least right now anyway, in my area it's not rained in like two weeks and the sky is always fairly clear, even at night!)
