[Caesar] Tiberius, you age like wine! You are quite the stallion of a man. [Laughs] Can you tell the audience how you've been? It must be a shock to you that District Four would be amongst the rebels.
He lets out a hearty chuckle as he sits across from the other man, one leg bent with ankle resting on the opposing knee. "Caesar, you flatter." He pauses before answering the question though as his mood becomes more somber, dragging a hand over his facial hair in contemplation.
"I do have to admit, Caesar. I have been better." He hasn't slept well over the last few days. Not knowing where Natalia was, or where Rosmarinus was. Then finding out that they were alive in the Capitol, vouching for their innocence, getting them home. It'd been a rollar coaster of days. But he was alive. They were alive. "Four being involved was quiet the shock indeed. The people out there are always so cordial. I would have never thought that we would be here today discussing the fact that Four is amongst the rebels." He tuts and shakes his head. It wasn't truly as much of a shock as he makes it out to be. Late night conversations with Natalia are only the tip of the ice berg when it comes to the unrest he has heard from the fishing district.
[Caesar] You've become such a staple to the life and economy of Four, Tiberius. For anyone there watching, what would you say to those considering joining the rebels?
He shifts now, both feet planted firmly on the ground and elbows moving to rest atop his knees. "I think that's obvious Caesar." He speaks as if to a friend. "It's not a good idea. Nor would I begin to understand why anyone would even want to join the rebellion." He shakes his head. He is quiet a moment. "The Capitol gives so much Caesar. Joining the rebellion shouldn't even be something to be contemplated."
[Caesar] This might be crude of me but we've all been dying to know for years, Tiberius. Word on the street is that you and a certain victor from Four have always had a thing for each other. Are you gonna plead the fifth?
Now he shifts once more, sitting back. It wasn't the first time his relationshipw tih Natalia had been brought up. Capitol tabloids, other interviews, it was always poked and prodded at. Out of respect for Nat though he'd always pled the fifth. Even now he is not quick to answer, though he has the thought in his mind that with Natalia staying with him it would be hard to continue to deny.
"I cannot answer for Natalia," there wasn't a point in beating around the bush with just which District Four victor Caesar meant. The whole of the Capitol knew who Caesar meant. "However, if by thing you mean she holds a special place in my heart, then yes Caesar." He didn't answer the question directly. It was certainly more than just a place in his heart that Natalia held. "She is a very special woman. Other than that, yes, I plead the fifth. I'll let you all keep speculating."
