Events Summary
Things have been quiet lately, but don't worry. We have big plans and once things settle down for everyone we'll get back on track. In the meantime, have a brief summary of what's happened so far to prepare yourselves for the dark and grisly future.
-We appear on a new world with nothing but the tattered clothes on our backs
-The AJCO team sets off on an adventure/search for a new location
-AJCO sets up a brand new facility in a wasteland, secret for the moment
-AJ discovers the existence of a Quantum Tunneling Device, capable of creating two linked portals. This is a technology she and Pythos have been after for a very long time. Unfortunately, the device is in Cameo's possession.
-Cameo moves into AJCO while AJ is away, with the promise of employment
-Upon her return, AJ puts on a magic show (read: horrible interrogation) to test Cameo's loyalty and strength of character, and to get the location of the QTD. She succeeds.
-AJ and Pythos set up a tea party (read: horrible interrogation) for another new friend: Dell.
-Pythos does some research on the QTD and works out that they will need four of them in order to create a device capable of breaking dimensional barriers, which is AJ's ultimate goal.
-AJ and Pythos do some research on an old feline friend, Ed. Ed leaves AJCO sans skin.
-Meanwhile, Nights has taken command of two other AJCO employees: Egg and Heggers. They build a castle away from AJCO and have the nerve to call it their own. This is deemed unacceptable.
-(Not plot relevant) Pythos shows up sporting demon horns, bleeding red eyes, and a horrible grin. She doesn't seem to notice.
-Pythos finds a QTD while mining and presents it to AJ
-AJ and Pythos build a horrible labyrinth of light and set the "Castle Crew" loose in it, telling them there is only one way out and they can only find it by working together. This turns out to mean that they must kill each other.
-Nights confronts AJ, and slaps her. Pythos will remember this.
-AJ fires Nights and her crew from AJCO
-The "Castle Crew" reveal that they have three QTDs and opt to taunt AJ with them. AJ and Pythos appear at the castle and slaughter everyone there. Ed attempts to kidnap AJ while she is distracted, but fails.
-AJ locks down the QTDs. If she can't have them, no one can.
-Ed and the Castle Crew escape to the End, pursued by AJ and Pythos. Ed makes the mistake of teleporting back, where he is slain by AJ. Ed drops his QTD and a bunch of linking books
-Pythos uses one of Ed's linking books to his secret base, and ends up trapped in a makeshift cage. Ed then accidentally breaks the cage
-Pythos slaughters everyone in sight
-Lavender and Curls wander into the known territory and begin setting up a base
-Lavender eventually approaches AJ with Curls's journal, which reveals her plan to acquire a QTD in the hopes that it can help her bring down AJCO.
-Celest finds a QTD in a ruined scientific facility deep underground. The facility intersects with the natural caverns in strange ways that suggest it wasn't built there.
-AJ gives Cameo one of the QTDs to disassemble and study, since Cameo seems to know more about these devices than any of us.
-AJ and Pythos pay Curls and Lavender a visit, thanks to Sharky revealing their location. AJ drowns Lavender a little bit and leaves them with a gift of a Nether star which they use to make a QTD.
-Lavender betrays Curls and takes the QTD she acquired to AJCO. AJ rewards Lavender with AJCO employment and some new gear.
