inflorescence.city, volume 2
An important procgen project was released just a few days ago: the long-awaited second volume of inflorescence.city.
Loren Schmidt and everest pipkin have created a follow-up to volume 1. Volume 2 is more interactive, though also more abstract. It draws from some of their previous projects: I can see traces of moth generation, no people, and cloud translation. But there’s also audio, parables, symbols, and cardinal directions.
Volume 1 is still available for perusal from the same site. I’m looking forward to seeing what they come up with next.
