How do you keep a binder organized? I use them for school instead of folders, but I always get them messy. Any tips? Thanks :3
Hello! I did this in high school! What I did was I had two binders, one for my morning classes before lunch and one for my classes after. (If you’re in college you can do this based on the days you have classes). I partitioned the binders off and then i added these folders. They can function as both a folder and a divider! I then added some looseleaf in the very back of the binder. I advise you not to take notes in the binder as it gets super messy, and just keep looseleaf for when you need it in class. I hole punched all the handouts and stuck them in the space between the dividers, and then put all the homework I completed in the folder itself. I recommend you clean out the binder every two weeks and put the handouts in a folder you leave at home. You’re going to need them for the final! I then kept the syllabus (sometimes I wrote what homework was due and the due date if the syllabus isn’t followed) and stuck that on the left inside pocket of the folder. That way when I did cleaning I wouldn’t accidentally take out something I needed for class. Using tabs to make opening to the section you want easier is also super nice to have. I hope this helped!
