Idk if people know this but part of boundaries is... You have to enforce them. Its why yelling "DNI!! Block and unfollow me right now!" Is ineffective. Because you are stating your boundary and then expecting others to enforce them for you. If you see content you do not like, they upsets you viscerally, you have to block that person yourself. That is how you enforce boundaries.

I promise no hate to the posts I've seen that this is about, but you have to be aware it is YOUR job to block and force them to unfollow, not the other way around
